Geelong SC appoints senior coaches for the 2011 season

Geelong SC is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincenzo Ierardo as playing coach for season 2011. He will be assisted by the appointment of assistant coach, Joseph Spoljar.

Vinnie’s playing career consists of playing through all Premier and State league divisions. His ambitions have now shifted to coaching, Vinnie is looking to build on his achievements as a senior coach. He is currently completing his Asia C coaching licence.

Joe Spoljar has extensive coaching experience. Joe, as coach, gave Vinnie his first break at playing Premier League soccer so these two have a long and solid relationship. They are both equipped with skills and the motivation to achieve great things at our club. We wish them all the best for season 2011.

We are having a meet the coach night on Thursday the 25th of November at 7:00pm, everyone is welcome and encouraged to come along and meet our new coaches.
