Geelong defeated Sunbury 3-0 with a goal from Michael Nikolovski and two from Troy Hardy

Geelong took an early lead when Michael Nikolovski slotted the ball into the bottom corner from 25 yards. The second goal came after the interval when Troy Hardy latched onto a through ball which saw Hardy fight off the challenge of a Sunbrury defender, placing the ball past the keeper. Hardy later scored again sealing a convincing win for Geelong.
