A polished performance saw Geelong SC return to the top of the table.Geelong welcomed back captain Steven Nikolovski and Bekim El Mazi from suspension, whilst striker James Aguis returned from a hamstring injury.
The first half saw Geelong dominate possession yet fail to convert.
A Zoran Ristevski header broke the deadlock midway through the second half when he managed to get on the end of a Bekim EL Mazi cross. Ante Cicak sealed the 3pts for Geelong when he finished a great piece of play from Chris Psimaris. Psimaris beat his opponent on the wing smashed the ball across the face of goal, Cicak finished into the top corner.
